Perch Fishing
They are still going though quite a bit of perch bait in Manistee and Portage Lake. Some reports have been good while others say not good. Frankfort was slow saturday as many only caught a few fish, but during the week they were doing reel well on the perch.
Have not heard much as fishing pressure has been slow this week as fisherman are looking for open water as they are getting tired of ice fishing.
Higgins lake reports 50 smelt a night seems to be tops but maybe it will change soon.
Cadillac they are still doing great on pike.
