Fall Fishing Coming Soon to a Area Lake
Traverse City- Fall fishing should start soon as the warm front moves out as fall starts creeping in. Salmon are moving up the rivers slowly, but with rain and cold weather things should get hot. Tippy Dam was ticket fest as the DNR was out in force with rumors saying over 1100 tickets were issued last week. Do Not foul hook fish and if you do release or get a ticket.
Perch bite is starting in many lake with a good bite on Lake Leelanau and Big Glenn. Bluegill are biting on Wixom Lake. Smallmouth Bass are getting on the bite with golden’s working best.
Archery starts Monday and above is a nice deer.
